Sleepys is the largest specialty mattress retailer in America and is still growing, opening new showrooms and allowing convenient purchase by store, telephone, live chat, and online.
I wanted to share what a pleasure it was for me to buy a bed from Sleepy’s with the help of their salesperson. He was helpful, honest, patient, listened to us, and helped us select a bed that seems, up to this point, perfect for us! It is not easy for us because its only been about five years since we bought a Sleepys bed.
Because our tastes had evolved I was scared of over-investing. Our salesperson seemed to be personable and remembered us the few times we returned and left through these few weeks process. He sold us the bed because we trusted him and felt he had our best interest at heart, not his own. This was not the case in other stores. Thank you for a fine product and a fine purchasing encounter.
People today generally write letters because they are disappointed with a goods and services. In spite of this, our message is really the opposite. We have been so excited about the assistance that people at Sleepys gave to us just recently, that we believed it warranted a letter of commendation from us.
We stopped into the Sleepys store and bought a mattress. From the start, our store assistant was considerate, patient and instructive relating to which mattress we would be considering.
